You also agree to necessary sharing of clinical details with appropriate third party providers such as but not limited to private health insurance providers, Medicare, WorkCover, TAC, DVA. Communication with other healthcare providers such as GP, Hospitals, Specalists, other Allied Health Providers. Dindi Chiropractic uses Cliniko, Tyro Health and Finger-Ink for their administration duties.

OUR FEES
Initial $150 (For all new patients to the clinic, concessional or standard)
Standard $85 (Subsequent appointments after your first visit)
Concession Standard $80 (Subsequent appointments after your first visit. Includes Healthcare card, Student, Child <18)
On-site Chiropractic X-rays- No out of pocket cost with a valid Medicare card. *X-rays only taken where clinically indicated.
